Cancellations & Refunds:

Purchase is fully refundable if canceled up to 11 days prior to visit date.
Purchase is fully refundable if ship misses the port entirely.
Purchase is non-refundable if guest is a no-show on visit date (you lose the deposit paid).
No balance is ever due if guest does not check-in at hotel.
Resort Pass is valid in all weather conditions.

Purchaser must notify BarbadosForaDay.com up to 11 days prior to visit date to cancel and request refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to kim@resortforaday.com or by mail. Refunds will be made back to purchaser in the same form of payment. We are not liable for misdirected or undelivered cancellation emails or letters. Please do not request deposit refund from the resort or hotel. BarbadosForaDay.com is responsible for cancellations, refunds and changes.

Black-out dates or Sold-out dates:
Hilton Barbados 2012 black-out dates: Feb 2,3,4. Mar 4-16. Mar 28. Jun 9-14.
BarbadosForaDay.com, the Hilton Barbados, ACCRA Beach Hotel & Spa, and Almond Casuarina Resort reserve the right to add black-out dates, limit the number of day passes issued per day, and in very rare circumstance cancel reservations if necessary. In any of these unlikely events, guest will be notified immediately and a full refund issued.

Transfers:
Guest is solely responsible for arranging transfer from ship to resort and from resort to ship. Pinkys Up, Corp. dba BarbadosForaday.com, the Hilton Barbados, ACCRA Beach Hotel & Spa, and Almond Casuarina Resort or any of their affiliates or employees, hold no responsibility for arrivals, departures, transfers or missed transfers.

Credit Card Statement:
If paying by credit card on this site, charge will appear on credit card statement as ResortForaDay.

Property:
Pinkys Up, Corp. dba BarbadosForaDay.com, the Hilton Barbados, ACCRA Beach Hotel & Spa, and Almond Casuarina Resort shall not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing, or other valuables or items that guests bring to the resort, or have been tendered to management for safekeeping.

Groups of 16 or more:
Group rebate is valid on fully paid groups of 16 or more that have pre-registered with BarbadosForaDay.com. Group discount NOT valid for Hilton Barbados. Groups receive 5% savings on the DEPOSIT paid here. Minimum of 16 Resort Passes may be any combination of adults and children. All Resort Passes must be valid for same resort and visit date. There is no penalty in the event the group falls below 16, which only disqualifies the 5% savings group offer.
